Role Purpose:

Lead strategic Smart Manufacturing engagements for global clients by delivering domain-led consulting, driving solution design, and building structured approaches that embed product thinking and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Solution Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping Smart Manufacturing transformation strategies and execution approaches.
  • Provide deep domain expertise in Smart Manufacturing and related supply chain areas.
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured consulting frameworks and scalable, productized solution designs.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Define and drive product roadmaps for large-scale digital manufacturing and supply chain programs.
  • Embed product mindset in delivery—modularizing scope, prioritizing incremental value, and aligning execution maturity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, and business) to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.

Approach Building & Capability Enablement

  • Develop reusable artifacts, playbooks, and frameworks to standardize consulting excellence.
  • Mentor and enable the next layer of consultants to strengthen domain capability and reduce dependency.

Key Outcomes

  • Deliver high-impact Smart Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting engagements with measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish Fractal as a domain-led partner through innovative solution design, digital product thinking, and structured transformation approaches.
  • Scale reusable frameworks and methodologies across multiple clients to ensure consistent delivery excellence and accelerated value realization.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams within Fractal
  • Should be able to engage with client business, IT and Product teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 15+ years overall experience, with at least 10 years in Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting roles specifically in Food and Beverages Industry..
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Smart Manufacturing, production, Packaging Operations, Network Design, Transportation and Supply Chain Planning, etc.
  • Digital Transformation: Proven experience in leading Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT, AI/ML, Digital Twins, and Digital Product development.
  • Technology Implementation: Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shop floor tools, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA).
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 CPG clients, with strong stakeholder management and consulting acumen.
  • Product Strategy: Ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and operational maturity.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$132,000 - $198,000
. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
