Are you ready to take your pharmaceutical sales leadership career to the next level? This is your opportunity to join the U.S. Launch Team for Pivya, Alembic Therapeutics' FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Pivya has effectively been used for over 40 years in Demark as a first-line treatment of uUTIs. Alembic Therapeutics is excited to bring this effective treatment to the U.S.

As a District Sales Manager, you'll be on the frontlines of an exciting product launch—building, leading, and developing a high-performing field sales team while shaping the success of Alembic Therapeutics' entry into the U.S. market.

As District Sales Manager, you won't just hit numbers—you'll build a legacy launch team that grows market share, elevates standards, and makes a difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and retain top-tier reps in your District.
  • Ensure daily engagement with your team, maximizing impact and accountability.
  • Build and own District business plans, allocate resources, and analyze data to drive growth.
  • Provide targeted, focused coaching that accelerates rep development and results.
  • Partner with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to exceed corporate objectives.
  • Adapt strategies based on payer, reimbursement, and healthcare landscape shifts.
  • Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
  • Remains compliant with all regulations in the course of carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
  • 4+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience in Women's Health, Urology, and/or Anti-infectives preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments.
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ with overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160k - $175k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the ImpactBio range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the geography, candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
