Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in various areas such as literacy, math, science, and social skills using our Frogstreet Curriculum.

- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members

- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social-emotional development using Conscious Discipline.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment

- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and development

- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom

Qualifications:

-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children

- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning styles

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment while promoting a positive atmosphere
