The Behavior Analyst is in charge of evaluating, creating, putting into action, and keeping an eye on behavior intervention programs that are delivered through remote platforms. This job uses evidence-based behavioral principles to help people reach their functional, educational, and social goals. The Behavior Analyst works with clients, caregivers, interdisciplinary teams, and organizational leaders to make sure that behavioral services are of high quality, ethical, and compliant in a virtual setting.

Main Duties:

Do functional behavior assessments and data-driven evaluations from a distance

Create, put into action, and keep an eye on individualized behavior intervention plans

Give behavior technicians or support staff direct virtual supervision and help when needed.

Keep an eye on how your clients are doing by collecting data, analyzing it, and reporting it on a regular basis.

Change treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and clinical results.

Teach caregivers, families, or staff how to use behavior strategies and intervention techniques.

Make sure that services are provided in line with professional standards and moral standards.

Keep clinical records that are correct, up-to-date, and in line with the law.

Work with teams from different fields, such as teachers, doctors, and care coordinators.

Follow all federal, state, and organizational rules, such as HIPAA and payer rules.

Required Skills:

A master's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

Active state license where needed to work

At least two to five years of experience giving behavioral assessment and intervention services

A strong understanding of the principles of applied behavior analysis and practices that are backed by research

Great skills in communication, organization, and keeping clinical records

Ability to work alone and well in a completely remote setting

Skilled at using telehealth platforms, data collection tools, and electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing behavioral services through telehealth

Have worked with people of different ages and backgrounds

Knowing what paperwork and permission are needed for insurance

Eligibility for a multistate license

Annual Pay:

Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 a year, depending on experience, credentials, licenses, and where you live.
