About The Role:

The Wardrobe Attendantis the guiding hand (and a touch of holiday sparkle) behind the costumes and uniforms that bring the magic of Enchant to life. Reporting to the Experiences Management team, you'll oversee every detail of wardrobe operations—from receiving and fittings to daily maintenance, laundry, repairs, and strike. This role blends technical skill with festive leadership, ensuring our performers, elves and event staff look their best while keeping things on schedule, on budget, and full of cheer.

What You Will Do:

• Bring the Magic to Life: Execute all wardrobe elements in alignment with creative vision and operational plans, keeping every costume show-ready.

• Lead with Cheer: Supervise and support wardrobe staff, coordinating fittings, alterations, repairs, and daily prep so cast and crew sparkle on cue.

• Stay Organized (Like Santa's List): Manage wardrobe inventory, workshops, and storage. Track every item, note damages, and document adjustments throughout the season.

• Keep Costumes Merry & Bright: Oversee quality checks, alterations, and repairs. Ensure laundry and dry-cleaning schedules are followed so costumes stay fresh and festive.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experiences team, vendors and other departments to deliver a seamless event. Provide support for uniforms and textile décor when needed.

• Full Event Cycle: Oversee wardrobe load-in, daily operations, and load-out, ensuring all assets are properly packed, inventoried, and returned at season's end.

About You:

• Experience: 2+ years in wardrobe and costuming for live events, theater, stage shows, or conventions.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with industrial sewing machines, walking foot machines, sergers, and pressing equipment.

• Festive Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team, keep spirits high, and communicate clearly across departments.

• Organizational Magic:Proven skills in inventory management, scheduling, and reporting with strong attention to detail.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, and Slack.

• Holiday Spirit: Passion for creating memorable experiences and ensuring every guest facing team member looks their best.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for long periods; able to work outdoors in varied winter weather conditions.

Commitment:

• Load-in: Dates to be confirmed.

• Show Period: November 19 – December 28, 2025 (Afternoon/Evening Hours)

• Availability: Must be prepared to work each day of the Load-in, Run of Show, and Load-out. This includes the holiday season: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Work hours may vary depending on site needs and operating hours.

• Load-Out: Dates to be confirmed.

Compensation range: $30 Hourly, Temporary/Seasonal
