This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and a strong grasp of regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
- Lead go-to-market strategy for cloud and professional services across South America.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with global objectives.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key financial institutions, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions to client pain points.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Solution Selling
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized cloud, risk, and AML solutions.
- Articulate the business value of offerings in a compelling and consultative manner.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demos to C-level stakeholders.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Own and exceed regional sales targets and bookings quota.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales performance.
Contract Negotiation & Closing
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure favorable terms for both clients and the organization.
Customer Success & Retention
- Partner with customer success and support teams to ensure high satisfaction and long-term value.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on Financial Services.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, risk and compliance solutions.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
