Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach — Proactively identify, research, and reach out to pharmaceutical and biotech prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn, and direct engagement.

  • Conference & Event Networking — Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and sessions to build relationships, qualify leads, and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.

  • Strategic Content & Messaging — Create compelling outreach content, case studies, and sales materials that amplify reach and credibility.

  • Growth Experimentation — Test and refine outbound strategies (email sequences, event formats, call scripts) to maximize engagement and conversion.

Key Skill Sets

  • Mindset: Relentlessly driven, resourceful, and gritty — thrives under pressure and never gives up easily.

  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in pharma, life sciences, or tech-driven industries).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; persuasive storyteller who can tailor messaging to senior pharma executives.

  • Execution: Hands-on executor with a "no-excuses" mentality; comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast iteration.

  • Creativity & Strategy: Ability to blend data-driven sales tactics with creative marketing and content strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling software into healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
  • Access to exclusive, closed networks of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
  • Prior experience engaging pharmaceutical or biotech companies, or understanding of regulatory / clinical development processes.

The compensation for this full-time position is between $70k - $140k including bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
