Key Responsibilities for Pharmacy Operations ManagerLeadership & Operations:
Plan, organize, and supervise pharmacy services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices
- Leverage proprietary CPS software and work with a dedicated support team, including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory, plus a CPS Area Director or Senior VP
Clinical & Patient Care:
Serve as the sole Staff Pharmacist for the hospital
- Directly supervise one (1) Pharmacy Technician
- Counsel patients on specialty medications
- Submit prior authorizations for specialty therapies
- Answer questions from providers and clinic staff
- Ensure specialty therapies are safe and appropriate for patients
Pharmacy location: Located within Sunrise Vista Behavioral Health Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44714
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm plus on-call after hours

Required Qualifications:
- ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
- Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital or other professional setting
- 2+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital setting; 3+ years preferred
- Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizations
Preferred Qualification:
- Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
