At Install IoT by Sensyrtech, we help IoT companies install, maintain, and train IoT devices across a variety of different industries. This role offers the flexibility to work on a dynamic schedule and the opportunity to grow within the realm of IoT technologies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to manage scheduling, dispatch, and operational flow. This role begins with approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to scale up to full-time by January based on performance and project growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient and technician scheduling across multiple locations
- Handle dispatching, routing, and field technician coordination
- Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and updates
- Serve as the main point of contact between patients, technicians, and internal staff
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and adjust schedules/routes as needed
- Ensure deadlines and compliance standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or management (healthcare, IoT, or field services preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with scheduling/dispatch software (ClickUp, Field Nation, WorkMarket, or similar a plus)
- Based in or near Houston, TX preferred
