TidalHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team on a per-diem basis. This flexible role supports our commitment to expanding access to mental health care across the Eastern Shore – giving patients timely, high-quality care conveniently through primarily telehealth visits, with occasional on-site coverage as needed.

  • Schedule: Per-diem; day shift, Monday – Friday
  • Hiring range: $ $74.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Work with a supportive team of psychiatrists, therapists, and integrated care partners
