Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a District Manager located in Burlington, VT. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant franchise locations, ensuring operational excellence, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include training and developing restaurant managers, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular inspections, and working closely with corporate management to implement strategies and initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage staff and operations.

  • Bachelor's
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
