Position Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
  • Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
  • Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations

Position Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of experience in civil construction — or 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field
  • Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus)
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can lead through influence, drive change, and deliver results across teams
