We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager plan s , execute s , and finalize s projects within constraints like budget and time. They coordinate team members, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage implement ed project plans, and tracking of pr oject scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives .
  • Report on project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Management or related field with 3 years or relevant experienc e.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or equivalent .
  • Experience in project management o r in a similar role.
  • U nderstanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 , etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise IT
