Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EKG Technician to join our mobile healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing 12 lead EKG's and blood collections. Hours per week will vary and travel is required, so we are in need of someone with flexibility.

Duties

  • Perform vitals, EKG's and blood draws on our clients employees.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Phlebotomy tasks as needed, utilizing laboratory techniques to support patient diagnostics.
  • Would like candidate to be open to learning spirometry and respirator fit testing, training provided.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform vital sign assessments competently.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques and procedures related to EKG testing.
  • Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Certification or training as an EMT or Medical Technician.
  • Open to travel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
