Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic acute care team in Ocala, FL. This role offers exposure to advanced ventilator management, complex patient care, and career growth in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Set up and administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures across all patient age groups.

  • Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.

  • Assess, document, and monitor patient response to therapy while ensuring safety and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (or eligible for licensure).

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the last year).

Preferred:

  • CRT experience will be considered.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation and acute care procedures.
