Job Title: Sales Analytics Associate

What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage collection, production, and distribution of various sales reports for senior leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Work within the database and visualization tools to build new analytics and reports (end-user, no coding required) using descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics
- Setting up new data structures across a group of dispersed data sets, sources and formats
- Establishing new data structures and modifying reporting templates, as needed
- Supporting sales management with the development, implementation, and roll out of new reporting
- Researching and responding to routine and ad-hoc requests
- Assist in the production of presentation decks for sales management
- Assist in the design and execution of strategic transformation projects within the sales group
- Responsible for data quality and maintenance
- Create and maintain documentation related to data and reporting tasks
- Assist in additional project work as needed
- Accountable for completing task assignments and meeting deadlines with quality deliverables
- Quickly learn new technologies to effectively execute responsibilities
What You Will Bring:
- Experience working with large data sets
- Knowledge of data structures and relational databases
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office applications – specifically Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred
- Some knowledge of SQL preferred, though direct coding will not be required
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in high-pressure, high-workload environment to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to form effective working relationships with senior executives and sales leadership
- Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior leadership teams
- Superior attention to detail
- Sound marketing / sales instincts
- 4-6 years' experience working in Data Analyst or related role
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Data Science, Informatics, Information Systems or related fields, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
