What You'll Do: 
  • Analyze sourcing scenarios and cost-benefit trade-offs to reduce COGS while supporting supplier relationships and contract requirements

  • Build clear, data-driven presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and supply chain reviews

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects with strategic analysis and insights

  • Interpret supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Present findings and root cause analysis in a clear, actionable format for decision-makers

  • Maintain ERP data integrity through regular audits and monthly reporting

  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and benchmarks tailored to various internal stakeholders

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to drive supply chain efficiency

  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, sales, and finance to support end-to-end supply chain execution

  • Integrate third-party data into internal systems for deeper reporting and synergy analysis

  • Use automation tools to streamline reporting and enhance data workflows

  • Communicate effectively across teams to align on priorities and resolve issues quickly  

What We're Looking For: 
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field (Required) 

  • 1+ year of experience in a supply chain analytics or similar role (Required) 

  • Must live within a 60-mile radius of the office as this is an onsite position (Required) 
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA) and proficiency in Access

  • Experience creating data visualizations and working with stakeholders to deliver insights

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • A collaborative, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to streamline processes

  • Ability to learn and adapt to various ERP systems and data tools

  • Experience with inventory management software (Netstock: Sage Inventory Advisor) (Strongly preferred) 
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6 EHP7 & Sage 100 DM2 (Strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience at a distribution company (Strongly preferred)
  • Advanced in PowerBI and  data visualization techniques (Strongly preferred)
