Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective human resources management across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Oversee compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation regulations.
- Drive employee relations efforts by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) tools such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or Paychex for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Facilitate training & development programs that promote continuous learning and career growth for employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, conflict management, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and employee evaluation.
- Proficiency in using various HR software such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors for efficient HR operations.
- Experience in budgeting for HR initiatives and managing departmental budgets effectively.
- Ability to lead change management efforts while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Pay: $58, $70,536.70 per year
