Treasury Management Analyst

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our staff as a Treasury Management Analyst. The incumbent of this position will support the sales, implementation, training and ongoing customer support for Pegasus Bank's Treasury Management (TM) products and services. ​Essential responsibilities are as follows:

Treasury Management Sales Support:

Responsibilities

* Assist Treasury Management Officers as they sell Treasury Management products and services to new and existing clients.

* Performance Standards

* Complete all tasks outlined below per applicable Bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

* Create pricing proposals.

* Complete all Bank-required implementation documentation for new TM setups or additions to existing setups, including the Treasury Management Agreement and necessary Service Exhibits.

* Promptly and accurately execute appropriate documentation and send out for signature/eSign.

* Set up new TM customers and provide thorough training as needed.

* Accurately complete set-up within one business day or less.

* Complete and submit "folders" related to new TM customers, or additions to existing customers.

* Prepare documentation for relationship reviews with TM clients.

* Coordinate with Personal Bankers as needed when they are opening accounts for TM customers.

* Participate in projects as needed.

Treasury Management Customer Support:

Performance Standards

* Complete all tasks outlined below per applicable Bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

* Answer incoming phone calls, e-mails and TMS secure messages as needed. (This is primarily the purview of the TM Operations group, but other members of the team also handle customer support as needed.)

* Resolve customers' questions or issues in a timely fashion. As noted above:

- Contact customers with a solution or a timeframe for a solution within one business day;

- Respond to all emails the day they are received;

- Respond with urgency to each customer/prospect request; and

-Take ownership of customer inquiries and issues and see them through to an expedited resolution.

* Communicate with customers regarding upgrades or updates to platforms/ products.

Compliance

Performance Standards:

* Complete all tasks outlined below per applicable Bank policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

* Adhere to all policies and procedures (e.g. ACH Origination Policy, Wire Transfer Policy, and Remote Deposit Capture Policy).

* Complete all compliance-related online training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' related experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Capable of researching and problem-solving customer inquiries/requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must pass a background check including a credit check.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
