Transportation Specialist Adult Day Program

Location: Enrichment Programs Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Up to 19 hours per week- As needed Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role:

Join our team as a Transportation Specialist and play a key role in supporting adults attending our program. You will assist in providing Person Directed Care, encouraging independence, and offering choices to our members. Your primary responsibility is safely transporting members to and from program and community activities. Additionally, you will monitor the program vehicle for maintenance and operational concerns and report appropriately to the Director of Enrichment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience driving a company bus or van in a senior adult, DDD day program, or similar agency.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean MVR for the past 5 years, updated annually.
  • At time of hire and then annually- ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, and provide medical certification confirming ability to meet all physical demands of the position.
  • Completion of all required transportation training, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months and valid Fingerprint card.
  • Possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Food Handler's certifications.
