Job Summary
As a Dishwasher at Dos Santos, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that all of the utensils and dishes needed for service are ready and that our prep space shines. You will work closely with our culinary team, helping with food prep as needed. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand when necessary
- Store clean dishes in appropriate storage areas
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as required
