Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) certification in Special Education (Mild/Moderate or Severe Intellectual Disability).
- Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in an urban or diverse setting.
- Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and evidence-based instructional strategies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data-driven instruction and educational technology.
