The Workforce Staffing team is looking for a
Manager
who will have a unique opportunity to help lead the evolving contingent labor strategy and program for HelloFresh. This management role is key to our progress toward a best-in-class overall talent strategy and operation. This role will partner to drive multiple projects, continuous improvement initiatives, cost management, data analysis, vendor management system, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and can quickly earn support and trust amongst both internal and external business partners.
You Will..
- Analytical and Reporting Oversight: Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of analytical and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, models) to provide actionable insights into contingent workforce performance, compliance, and cost management. Provide critical oversight of all reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and relevance for executive decision-making.
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage a dedicated team focused on reporting, analytics, and compliance, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, high-quality output, and continuous process improvement.
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and interpret reports to identify trends and program opportunities; work closely with vendor partners to understand business challenges to help inform operational decision-making and fulfillment strategies.
- Labor Order Fulfillment: Partner with the Planning team to assess labor order projections, manager order hedging, and manage the distribution across agency partners to maintain fulfillment accuracy and service continuity. Additional responsibilities may include conversion tracking and shift rebalancing for temp workforce.
- Compliance and VMS: Serves as contingent workforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the execution of functional best practice and to facilitate new process adoption across the business, while raising process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with and supervise team members to manage the VMS platform to drive cohesive program delivery and a single point of audit/compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead the capture and monitoring of key program metrics; provide highlights for leadership. Collaborate to develop vendor partner quarterly business reviews, executive business summaries, dashboards, and/or vendor scorecards.
- Program & Project Management: Prepare and deliver resources and tools utilized to support user adoption of Programs and VMS operations. Build, manage, and as appropriate, distribute documentation of project deliverables, status, learnings and outcomes, and standard operating procedures; ensure project work progresses. Assist the Director with ongoing & ad hoc projects.
What You Have…
- Analytical Expertise: Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to use analytical tools and data to identify inefficiencies, help implement process improvements, and drive performance from both internal and external partners. Proven experience in developing, owning, and maintaining reporting outputs (e.g., executive dashboards).
- Team Leadership: Prior supervisory experience, preferably 3+ years, in managing a team dedicated to data analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong prioritization skills, time management skills, follow through, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with peers and leaders.
- Proficiency in Google suite or related tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Staffing Agency/MSP experience a huge plus.
- 5+ years of general staffing experience.
- 3+ years of contingent workforce experience (preferred).
- 3+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS) experience (preferred).
