We are seeking Human Resources Generalist to:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Serve as a technical lead for specific workstreams within the HRIS system including.  Responsible for creating and testing new or updated functionality.
  • Recommend process enhancements and support projects to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Work Schedule
:

  • This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  Other hours may be required to meet operational needs.  This position is hybrid position with options for work in the office or at home (WI or IL residence required).

Education
:

  • Minimum – Associates' Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Preferred – None

Work Experience
:

  • Required – One to three years human resources experience, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Preferred – None

Certification(s):

  • Required - None
  • Preferred - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

Sauk Prairie Healthcare's Locations
 – Sauk Prairie Healthcare has locations across southwest Wisconsin.  Our Hospital Campus, Wellspring Campus and three surgical specialty practices are located in Prairie du Sac.  Our primary care clinics are located in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green and Lodi.
