Assistant General Manager

Location: PiNZ – Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Pay: $58,000 – $63,000/year

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum age: 18+
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate large teams
  • Strong business acumen with an eye for operations and guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Hands-on approach — willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and fun workplace
  • TIPS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) preferred
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance goals
  • Lead, train, and develop FOH and BOH team members
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every experience is memorable
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost management
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Support marketing and event initiatives to drive sales and community engagement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment for guests and staff
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum age: 18+
