Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting cooks and chefs in the kitchen.
  • Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure efficiency during service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to assist with food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating flexibility in duties.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic, eager to contribute to the success of the culinary team.
