  • Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and drive team alignment
  • Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and contract negotiations to support sustainable growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for launches and expansions
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure alignment between production, supply, and market delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business training preferred
  • 7–10 years of operations experience in CPG, spirits, or beverage alcohol sectors
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution model
  • Proven success scaling operational infrastructure in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a systems-driven mindset
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and supply chain logistics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities
  • Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Asana, and Airtable
  • Must be 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
