Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Office Lead Aide / Office Help to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting new client starts, assisting with office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between caregivers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

· Helping onboard new clints and building their plan of care

· Working hands on the first few shifts to ensure safety, proper care, and permanency compatibility

  • Train the permanent caregiver(s) on client-specific tasks and expectations
  • Provide hands-on caregiving as needed to ensure a smooth transition of care
  • Assist with office tasks, such as filing, phone support, documentation, and scheduling assistance
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and caregivers
  • Support with quality checks, follow-ups, or client visits when needed
  • Fill in for caregivers occasionally if coverage is needed

Qualifications

  • Previous caregiving experience required (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of personal care and home care routines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and client needs
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer and office skills

Pay

  • Starts at $16 an hour/ fluctuates based on experience

Schedule

  • 40 hours/week guaranteed
  • Full-time position
