Non Union Special Inspector – Greater Bay Area, CA

Twining Consulting, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company is seeking an Inspector to work based out of our Sacramento office. Candidate must be self-starting, be proactive, focus and detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Report preparation of special inspections per CBC and in accordance with approved project documents.

Qualifications (1 or more of the following):

  • Nuclear gauge usage certification.
  • ACI Field Technician Grade 1 License.
  • ACI Post Installed Anchors is a plus.
  • ICC Soils Inspector License is a plus.
  • ICC Reinforced Concrete License.
  • ICC Structural Steel Welding and Bolting License.
  • ICC Structural Masonry License.
  • ICC Spray-applied Fireproofing License.
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector License is a plus.
  • ICC Pre Stress/Post Tension is a plus.
  • ICC Commerical/Residential Building Inspector is a plus.

Immediate opportunities to work in Sacramento, Hayward, Oakland, San Francsico, Monterey, Sunnyvale, American Canyon, Santa Clara, and Vallejo.
