Providing Information: They walk clients through the details of their policies, such as coverage limits, exclusions, and premium payments.
Resolving Problems: When clients encounter an issue, a CSR is a whiz providing solutions—whether it's related to claims, billing, or policy changes.
Processing Policy Changes: CSRs ensure that the agency's clients have policies that are up to date.
Providing Quotes: CSRs may help generate proposals, offering clients comparisons between different policies.

These duties highlight the importance of a CSR's role in maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring that their insurance needs are met.

Qualifications:
