We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our client's expanding team This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in public accounting who is passionate about supporting high-net-worth individuals, small to mid-sized businesses, trusts, and complex entities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex individual, trust, and business tax returns (S corps, partnerships, and more).
  • Conduct research on tax compliance and planning issues.
  • Provide proactive client communication regarding tax positions, deadlines, and planning strategies.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist with professional development.
  • Participate in client meetings, tax planning, and strategy development.
  • Stay current on tax law changes and apply knowledge to client needs.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • CPA or EA license (or actively pursuing).
  • Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Relationship-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary $90K-$110K per year D
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule.
  • Direct hire, full-time position.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days).
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time (increases to 3 weeks PTO at manager level).
  • 10 paid holidays.
  • Paid CPE and continuing education, including CPA licensure support.
