BAS Controls Technician - Philadelphia, PA

HIRING:
  • BAS Controls Technician
PURPOSE OF HIRE:
  • Expanding Controls Team 
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
  • Operating for 50+ years
  • Turn-Key Building Integrator – excellent reputation
    • Various Services: BAS Controls, Security, Fire, Mechanical etc. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:    
  • Controls Preventative Maintenance Checks
  • Troubleshooting of Controls Devices after diagnosing problems in the Controls front-end
  • Controls Install/Commissioning 
  • DDC Programming - Rewriting of Sequences
  • 3rd-Paty Integration: BACnet, Modbus, etc.
