Position Overview:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. You will assist with daily activities, support nursing staff, and foster a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility support, including transfers and repositioning, to promote resident safety and comfort.
  • Take and record vital signs and report any resident condition changes to the nursing team.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
  • Document care provided following facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Cultural competency or familiarity with Vietnamese culture and language is a plus.
