A.B. May is seeking a Selling Technician Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is designed to support our HVAC sales technicians by providing coaching, training, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence. The Selling Tech Supervisor will play a key role in mentoring technicians, improving service quality, and driving department success. Responsibilities:
  • Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results.
  • Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
  • Understand performance criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business, including:

  • Meeting call counts

  • Monitoring labor
  • Achieving sold hours
  • Monitor performance of technicians through weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Ensure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Ability to stand for long periods while working.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a sales or management position with successful results.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but proven successful experience in leadership may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsers.
  • Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and decisive messages.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Passionate about A.B. May and committed to upholding company values.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
