Job Summary

We are seeking a Detail oriented people friendly associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our small store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in helping customers find exactly the products they need. The position also includes answering phones and emails from customer and outside sales reps.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Operate invoicing system and handle funds accurately.
  • Answer office phone directing calls and answering customer questions.
  • Read and reply to customer and employee emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

  • No previous experience required, only a positive friendly attitude.
  • Spanish Bilingual a must
