What you'll do

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area by promptly clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Support food service operations by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area as needed.
  • Handle dishware, utensils, and glassware with care while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to create a spotless environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and enhance guest experiences.
  • Contribute to catering events by assisting with setup and breakdown as required.

Basic qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
