Greeley Prosthodontics is a well-established specialty dental practice focused on delivering high-quality restorative and prosthetic dental care. We are looking for a dependable and experienced Dental Front Desk professional to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Medicaid, excellent communication skills, and a background in treatment planning and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Verify insurance benefits, with emphasis on Medicaid eligibility and coverage
  • Create and present treatment plans with accurate cost estimates
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently and manage the daily schedule
  • Process payments, post insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Support clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front desk or treatment coordinator role
  • Proficient with Medicaid billing and insurance verification
  • Treatment planning experience required
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and common procedures
  • Experience with OpenDental
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
