Denver, Colorado, United States AIQ Full time

About Alpine IQ

Alpine IQ (AIQ) was founded in 2019 to bring clarity and compliance to customer data in highly regulated industries. What began as a solution for the legal cannabis market has grown into a powerful platform used by brands and retailers of all sizes—from family-run shops to public enterprises.

We're a fully remote team of builders, driven by curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems with elegant tools. Our products simplify operations, empower smarter decisions, and help businesses connect with customers in meaningful ways.

If you're energized by fast-moving environments, creative challenges, and impactful work—you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a Financial Analyst – Sales & Billing Ops who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations. This newly created role ensures data accuracy across HubSpot (CRM), Maxio (billing), and NetSuite (ERP), providing the foundation for smarter decisions, faster insights, and a stronger financial backbone for our business.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clean deal data, proper billing workflows, and accurate reporting on the metrics that drive our success — from MRR and churn to pipeline health and customer lifetime value.

If you love diving into details, solving process puzzles, and transforming messy data into clarity, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Data Integrity & Process Management

  • Review, approve, and reconcile sales orders for compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain HubSpot and RevOps workflows and ensure seamless integration with Maxio.
  • Document and improve definitions, workflows, and SOPs across teams.
  • Support Sales and CS on pricing, bundling, and discount structures.

Billing & Subscription Operations

  • Ensure all approved deals transition smoothly from CRM to billing.
  • Partner with Accounting on billing setup, product provisioning, and reconciliation.
  • Identify and analyze billing trends, renewal patterns, and customer onboarding data.

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Create and maintain dashboards across HubSpot, Maxio, and NetSuite.
  • Report on pipeline coverage, deal conversion, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer metrics to support strategic decisions and policy improvements.
  • Support commission calculations and renewal forecasting for Sales and CS.

Financial Analysis

  • Partner with the Sr. Financial Analyst on monthly variance reporting and forecasting.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform pricing, ICP targeting, and deal strategy.
  • Support compliance tracking for acquired customer data and related integrations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial, billing, or RevOps role — ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (MRR, churn, retention, LTV).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Maxio (SaaSOptics), and/or NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL/data extraction skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills — comfortable leading process training and reporting presentations.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and detail-driven approach.

Why You'll Love Working Here

Fully Remote Culture – Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a high-trust, flexible schedule.

Impactful Work – Your insights directly influence company strategy and growth.
