About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety on our wind energy site utilizing
Gamesa G87 wind turbines
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gamesa platforms and a strong background in wind farm operations, ensuring all site activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Gamesa G87 wind turbines and associated site equipment.
  • Coordinate and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor turbine performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Enforce safety protocols, site policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding project status, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards, performance issues, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Support installation and commissioning activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in wind turbine operations, preferably with
    Gamesa G87 platforms
    .
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in wind turbines.
  • Experience supervising site teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, turbine monitoring, and maintenance reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • OSHA or equivalent safety certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work in remote or challenging weather conditions and travel to site as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with wind farm commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
