Senior Project Manager – Symphony Park Tower
7 hours ago
Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of Symphony Park Tower—a $315M+, 32-story concrete high-rise in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. This is a high-profile, skyline-defining project that demands hands-on, in-the-field leadership with the technical expertise and drive to take a landmark development from groundbreaking through final turnover.
This is not a desk job. It's a role for a true builder—someone who thrives on-site, shoulder-to-shoulder with teams, leading complex vertical work with precision, accountability, and ownership.
To learn more about the project:
About the Project: Symphony Project Tower
- $315M+ concrete high-rise in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas
- 32-story condo tower over podium with ground-level retail, structured parking, amenity decks, and high-end finishes
- 30-month build schedule with complex urban logistics and phasing
- 12+ months of preconstruction completed—ready for groundbreaking August/September 2025
- Full support team in place: Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, Superintendents
What We're Looking For
We need a seasoned Senior Project Manager who:
- Brings true GC experience leading large-scale vertical construction—high-rise, multifamily, podium, mixed-use, or complex concrete work.
- Combines technical command with daily site presence—you're on the jobsite, solving problems, driving progress, and leading from the front.
- Can mentor, guide, and hold accountable a team of PMs, APMs, Engineers, and Superintendents.
- Knows that schedule, scope, document control, and ownership communication aren't occasional tasks—they're daily disciplines.
- Is comfortable managing design coordination, tracking the critical path, negotiating subcontracts, and owning field execution.
- Owns problems, tracks details, stays proactive, and finishes strong.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be on the Symphony Park jobsite daily—this is a field leadership role.
- Lead construction execution from shovel to turnover: financials, schedule, subcontractor performance, buyout strategy, reporting.
- Run OAC meetings, manage design coordination, drive project closeout.
- Foster high-performance: mentor and develop APMs, Engineers, and project staff.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with ownership, design teams, and MHC leadership.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of construction management experience with significant exposure to vertical, complex commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded.
- Leadership that inspires performance, accountability, and teamwork—aligned with Martin-Harris Construction's core values.
