NCW's Recruiting Rotational Program (ROOT) offers a hands-on introduction to the construction and industrial staffing industry. Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, this 12-month rotational program provides real-world experience, professional development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business.

Structured Role Rotation
You'll rotate through multiple teams and verticals to gain a well-rounded view of full-cycle recruiting across NCW's business units. These assignments are thoughtfully structured to align with your growth and our company's evolving needs.
Your Work Will Have Purpose
- Work directly on live job orders – putting real people to work each day
- Cold call and screen candidates
- Review resumes and manage job postings
- Complete a comprehensive training curriculum
- Track your progress and performance with regular check-ins and structured metrics

Your Career Path
At the end of the 12-month journey, your growth and performance will be evaluated. Based on your performance, you'll transition into a full-time revenue-generating position within NCW. You'll leave the program with industry-specific expertise, confidence, and clarity on your next step.
