Solo Practitioner Attorney

I've decided to step away from practicing law and am seeking a licensed attorney to immediately assume my established practice before my license expires at the end of October.

You'll take over approximately 150 active, paying family law and civil litigation cases, with training, transition support, and ongoing guidance provided to ensure a smooth and successful handoff.

What You'll Be Taking On

  • Full caseload of active, paying family law and civil litigation clients.
  • Management of all ongoing matters — including divorce, custody, support, contracts, and general disputes.
  • Direct client relationships and established firm reputation.
  • Administrative systems and case management processes already in place.
  • Training and mentoring available throughout the transition.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in family law and/or civil litigation required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to take on an existing caseload quickly and independently.
