We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex residential construction projects while mentoring our growing team of Project Managers. This is a key leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on project execution, focused on operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across high-end custom homes and renovations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple complex residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Mentor and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution, quality, and adherence to Andrew Roby standards
  • Partner with company leadership to set, monitor, and achieve individual and departmental goals

Financial Management

  • Oversee project financials including estimating, billing, payables, receivables, and profitability tracking
  • Evaluate project performance, analyze costs versus revenue, and implement margin improvement strategies
  • Monitor budgets and change orders to maintain financial accuracy and transparency

Client & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners
  • Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all stakeholders

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular job reviews with Superintendents to confirm scope alignment, schedule progress, and pricing accuracy
  • Ensure all work meets Andrew Roby's quality standards, as well as local codes and safety regulations
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively to keep projects on time and within budget
