The Visual Merchandiser assists in creating the overall appearance of the Retail Division by conveying Pebble Beach Company's standard of quality through the setup of new shops, resort promotions, merchandise launches, special events and visual installations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Store interior merchandising and presentations as directed by manger.
  • Design, production, and execution of window presentations as directed by manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean and updated visual presentations of assigned retail stores.
  • Educating and training of store staff on merchandising techniques as requested by manager.
  • Liaison between retail store managers and buyers on visual needs.
  • Keep a clean and organized workshop.
  • Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:

  • 2+ years visual merchandising experience.
  • Working knowledge of power tools and production skills.
  • California driver's license with less than 2 points required.

Desired Skills:

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with a luxury retailer.
