The After-school Aid provides support and assistance to students during after-school programs. They ensure a safe and enriching environment for students. Their responsibilities include supervising activities, organizing games, and assisting students with academic tasks. They may also help with snack distribution, cleaning, and maintaining a neat classroom. The After-school Aid must have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and other staff members effectively. They should be patient, responsible, and able to follow instructions. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
