About the role:
The Fund Origination team manages the end-to-end process of bringing new investment products onto the iCapital platform.
- Assist with onboarding new funds by supporting project timelines and coordination across departments.
- Help prepare and update fund marketing and approval materials.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Legal teams to facilitate document reviews and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of fund governance and fund lifecycle details.
- Document meeting notes and share project updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Support various tasks related to fund launches and product setup.

- Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
- Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:
- A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor's degree program
- Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 8th through August 7th to be eligible
- Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
- Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $42.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
