Training Partner Manager

Establishing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with our partners to build long-term scalable outcomes.
Effectively manage and measure partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
Manage and jointly close a pipeline of customer opportunities developed with our partners.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Partner SA, field sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes.
Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
Expand existing AWS footprint with top accounts with focus on delivery of comprehensive training plans.
Drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes
Become a trusted advisor to the partner sales team to support deal execution, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices
This position must be based in one of the listed US AWS offices including Arlington, Austin, Irvine, New York City, or San Francisco.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
