North Country Fire is looking for someone who's ready to build a career in business, not just take another job. This position is ideal for a motivated, hands-on person who wants to learn how a company runs from every angle. You'll work closely with our Executive Director of Operations and receive full training in all areas of the business, including but not limited to, sales, customer service, logistics, purchasing, and fulfillment. Over time, you'll become the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're not looking for someone who has all the answers on day one. We're looking for someone who's curious, reliable, and eager to learn. You'll be the connection between departments, helping managers and customer service staff stay aligned while keeping leadership updated on what's happening day to day.

In this role, you'll help organize workflows, improve processes, be the point of contact for all partners, resolve vendor or customer issues, and look for ways to make processes better. Some days will be fast-paced and unpredictable, but you'll always be supported and encouraged to grow.
