Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled Automotive 12-Volt electronics and accessories installer with solid work ethic and a great attitude to join our team. If you have a passion for precision, a desire to help others and a knack for making cars look and sound their best, we want to hear from you You would be responsible for installing: Remote Starts, Alarms, Various types of lighting, Radios, Amplifiers,

Speakers, Subwoofers, Breathalyzers, and other vehicle accessories. You would be responsible for ensuring each job meets the client's needs and our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales staff in educating clients on the features and benefits of various 12-volt accessories.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure high quality work.
• Verify all parts are in stock and in working order, prior to taking apart customers vehicle.
• (Always test customer supplied parts)
• Inspect vehicle, complete inspection form(s), and notify management of any issues prior to installation.
• Perform the installation making sure to use the appropriate tools, products, wire, connections, solder, tape, loom, and/or any other necessary materials to ensure a high-quality professional installation.
• Prioritize the safety of the customer and the driver above all else during all installations.
• Ensure client satisfaction by thoroughly inspecting work pre-delivery. Test all functions of new products.
• Educate clients on how to operate their new products, warranty, and proper care.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to help others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
• Ability to solder wires.
• Ability to remove various panels throughout the vehicle without damaging the vehicle.
• Tuning amplifiers and Radios safely, without causing damage to speakers.
• Electrical Diagnostic abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an automotive setting.
• Experience in 12-volt installations specifically preferred.
• Proficiency in using the various automotive electronics tools and equipment.
• ASE or MECP Certification is a plus.
