Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pavement Marking Manager to oversee our pavement marking operations. This role is essential in ensuring that all marking projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and heavy equipment operation, with a focus on paving and pavement marking techniques.

Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all pavement marking projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage contracts being performed, adhere to specifications, standards, and DOT rules.
  • Supervise crew members on construction sites, providing guidance and training in best practices for pavement marking and heavy equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to assess project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance routines.
  • Handle material supply and process purchase requisitions for upcoming work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times on the job site.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of construction processes with relevant construction site experience.
  • Strong experience in roadway construction industry, specifically pavement marking including thermoplastic, paint, tape, urethane, epoxy, and removal.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results in all projects.
